      1. My new book, The Shyness Workbook, will be available on Amazon in February. You can order it from Amazon. It is based on the CBT manual and also incorporates compassion focused therapy.

    1. You can definitely do that. However, my new Shyness Workbook will be published around the 26th and you’ll be able to buy it on Amazon. It might be a bit more interactive and it can help to assign yourself homework and write down your negative thoughts. I am also happy to send you a copy of the client manual. Where do you live?

    1. The workbook is focused on developing a compassionate mind. The manuals are more focused on cognitive behavioral therapy and include goal setting, challenging negative automatic thoughts, role playing and rehearsing for the social encounter. They complement each other.
